Mazingira Creatives

Mazingira Creatives is a community-based initiative by Paa Paa Initiative Kenya that uses creativity, environmental action, and youth engagement to build climate resilience in underserved communities.
The project empowers young people to become champions of environmental sustainability through tree growing, environmental awareness campaigns, creative arts, and community-led climate solutions.

As part of its efforts to promote greener and more resilient neighborhoods, Mazingira Creatives has successfully planted over 100 trees, contributing to urban greening, biodiversity conservation, and climate adaptation.
By combining creativity with practical environmental action, the project inspires communities to take ownership of local climate challenges while creating opportunities for learning, leadership, and sustainable development.
Through Mazingira Creatives, we are nurturing a generation of environmentally conscious young leaders committed to building healthier, greener, and more sustainable communities.
