Our Origin:
From the Grassroots Up
Founded by Kenyan creative visionary Douglas Omukhwaya (Shikwekwe), our organization was inspired by his artistic journey and experiences in the Mathare slums, where creativity thrives despite significant social and economic challenges.
This led to the establishment of a platform dedicated to identifying, nurturing, and promoting emerging talent, focusing passionately on communities like Kibera and Mathare.
