National Talent Empowerment & Cultural Exchange
“Sikika” means “Be Heard.” This is our flagship national program designed to amplify the voices of young creatives across Kenya through a structured journey of talent showcases, mentorship, and celebration.
The project is set to roll out from February to November 2026 across key counties, culminating in a Mega Award Gala in Nairobi to honor county ambassadors and celebrate the brightest emerging talents. Sikika is more than a festival; it’s a nationwide movement to identify, refine, and launch Kenya’s next generation of creative icons.
